NERF Vortex was a thing before NERF Elite that had superior range and power compared to NERF N-Strike. It was the stop gap for what NERF was moving towards, and the Nitron was the peak. Featuring a 20 Round magazine and Fully Automatic Fire, the NERF Vortex Nitron had surprisingly good suppressive fire capabilities that isn't touched on in Modern Nerf that could still have a real tactical use in a variety of games. Also, it's just plain fun.
