The Nightmare of Rebellion (Touhou RPG): Part 13 (Vs. Mo Mengniang)
2This fight took a long time to get through for various reasons. First of all Mengiang is a very tough opponent to defeat and while preparation definitely helps, she has a lot of ways to screw you over. This attempt was incredibly close like many others and it ended in a victory thanks to Mamizou doing an awesome counter attack that resulted in her sparking a new weapon skill.
The second reason is that after browsing a little, I finally found that the game has a patch that translates in English the menus, enemies, names, etc. which resulted in me deciding to start all over. This suddenly made the game far more playable and enjoyable, allowing me to curbstomp bosses I struggled against during my initial run.
Regardless, this is apparently one of the hardest fights in the game and as frustrating as it can get, it is in my opinion easily the best fight in the game so far.
