After defeating Cirno, the train station goes on for a while until the party finally finds their way out which leads to an encounter with Hakusen Tatsumi, a green-haired Tanuki who uses dark magic and much like Yukari, attacks with a train attack although it's deceptively weak.

Hakusen was definitely a breather boss fight compared to Cirno despite the few defeats against her which was definitely welcome seeing how the boss that follows is quite something in term of difficulty.
