The "NO LEG DAY" Strength Program? (Day "Pull A")
This is my first video based around strength training, and im starting it off with this nice push pull split that i got from Andrew "MSKD."
It's true that there are no true leg days in this program, because you do 1-2 leg exercises every workout.
