Having been not successful in implementing a weather command for our bot, it is now time to ask a simple but "loaded" question, how would I even do a basic http request and interpret its results, etc?
Hopefully this should lead us back into an implementation of our weather command in our bot.

Please keep in mind that I am a novice in these matters and that the discovery process is what I am aiming for in this stream.
