RSLAUNCHER.exe set to Windows 8 compatibility mode.

Then open JconfigSW.exe
Joystick Type Dinput then apply exit jconfig then restart jconfig.
(JOYPADS DONT WORK)keyboard and mouse only.
Mine is set as.
Start=Key 1
Coin=Key 5
Brake=Key S
Accel=Key W
View=Key E
Weapons and Trigger you dont Need it is on the mouse.
Exit Game+ Key ESC
In the jconfig settings tab make sure you you tick
Mouse is active and Fake analog pedals and save patch.

If the game still dont start follow this video
Get roms working

you dont need to do the codex tweeks at the end now instead download and install Lav Filters.
