This is Super Mario RPG. This is my childhood. This was the most pivitol moment in my gaming history.\n\nSuper Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars was my very first foray into RPG games. At the time, I was merely a young boy with a love for Mario. If it was Mario, I wanted to play it! When this game released, it engrossed me. It absolutely changed how games were for me. There was more to video games than platforming or delving into dungeons? There was fun narratives along with unique combat outside of jumping or swinging a sword on command? This game opened a door for me that I entered long ago and never looked back, making RPG games my favorite genre in gaming.
