The game requires 8GB of VRAM for high texture quality, but you can still use high textures on 4GB VRAM cards; all you need is a minimum of 20GB of RAM. Well, you don’t really convert RAM to VRAM, but what can happen is that a GPU that is sufficiently advanced may be able to swap between its own memory and the system memory as needed. Not all cards can do this, and it isn’t using RAM as VRAM. Rather, it is giving the GPU another outlet through which it can have more resources to help with rendering, and with the help of this, you can get higher quality textures on your GTX 1650. So just cap your framerate at 30 with Riva Tuner and use my custom settings for a console-like experience!
