This is what made me think originally of the name Zjwex.

Although I'm not sure if it's saying "Zjwex" or just "Wex" but the previous character saying "Zjwah" could be said to combine it. I at least always thought it said "Zjwex" and it influenced me.

Update: I pulled the files from the game, and in those files, it seemed to be closer to the name "Zjwex" but it may have been "Zwex" with a lisp? Here is a link to it: http://soundfxcenter.com/download-sound/mortal-kombat-4-zwecks-sound-effect/
