The first part was good. It wasn't a mega-hit, but it heralded an interesting franchise worth developing. Obisidian knows perfectly well how to make fun, enjoyable RPGs. That was the case five years ago. The Outer Worlds 2 is a game that stripped away what worked and was fun and filled it with new features that don't work and are extremely unfun. Enjoy!
