1The Outer Worlds: Spacer's Choice Edition is a new release with superior graphical improvements that includes the base game and all released DLC, all for 60 $. Only the graphical upgrade costs 10$, and you can get a similar upgrade with free mods.
It sounds like a really bad deal for a game that was released 2 and a half years ago. And the performance is pretty bad also. I could play the game at around 40-50 FPS on medium without too much trouble, high was around 30-40 fps but anything above high made the game stutter like crazy. Anything above high also created artifacts and blurry textures so probably for very high and above you need at least 8 gb of VRAM.
