The Outer Worlds: Spacer's Choice Edition is a new release with superior graphical improvements that includes the base game and all released DLC, all for 60 $. Only the graphical upgrade costs 10$, and you can get a similar upgrade with free mods.
It sounds like a really bad deal for a game that was released 2 and a half years ago. And the performance is pretty bad also.

I decided to play the game for a bit, and the game looks slightly better and plays so much worse than the original. I really am disappointed with this paid upgrade...
