Next location to do where Vicar Max marked and yes there will be combat - 3:35

NOTE: I've skipped the fights to get to the point of this video. If it's bounties yes I will show you or certain foes. Trash mobs I skip.

Grab Collector's Domicile - 4:22
Map to cave where foes are at - 4:56

NOTE: There are mines, shoot them from far. Do not pull a Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas it won't work disarming mines.

Area loaded with mines, shoot from a distance - 5:20
Lockpick this safe and grab the item - 5:41
Turn in The Illustrated Manual in to Vicar Max to recruit him - 6:22
