The Outsider Who Loved Gensokyo: Touhou RPG Project - Part 84 (Dream World)
20Part 84 introduces the Dream World which is accessible once Letty has been met and Eirin is spoken to in the follow-up event. Heading east of Youkai Mountain (Snow) leads to the entrance afterwards. Attempting to solo gives a temporary party which includes Reisen, Eirin and Kaguya who starts at level 60 which is the initial level range of the Dream World.
Beyond the introduction dialogue and the "checkpoint" towards the end, this is a rather straightforward update that mostly involves progress through the first section of the Snowflake Galaxy.
Reaching the end of the first part of the Dream World allows the player to leave to do other stuff if they wish and they can come back by talking to a cat near the entrance of Eientei. That option will be removed in the next video while the cat will remain as long as the Dream World remains incomplete.

The current version contains everything shown in the previous parts and this one. The 4th save file should allow players to start with the protagonist at level 60, 500000 Yen and the Fake Kusanagi.

Changes made to the game:
- Both Reisen and Kaguya got three new skills.
- The white cat in the human village unrelated to Chen's quest has been replaced with a white rabbit.
- Abyss Lord no longer absorbs Star element
- SP healing items got their cost reduced. Bottle of Pear Juice went from 2200 Yen to 1550 Yen.
- Kaguya's SP cost for Stoneskin and Invincible have been increased. Invincible and Byakuren's Prismatic Sphere now only tanks one hit before expiring instead of lasting one turn. Similar skills may be modified in the future too.
- The main character no longer knows Koakuma's name ahead of time (will be in next update)
