This is Mega Man Shattered Diamond, a Mega Man fangame created by Team Circadia. This is the most recent demo they've released, currently available at: https://gamejolt.com/games/mmsd/863724. For full disclosure I am currently a tester on this project.

Continuing the Proto Man run, I'm taking on Quarry, Tsunami, and Switch Man. Proto Man's parries and shield really help him out of a lot of tough situations. We even get to see the Buster Upgrade before the end! Tomorrow we're starting a playthrough as the last character, Roll!
