Check out some raw gameplay of The Persistence Enhanced on the PS5 in 4K. The PR confirmed that the game runs at dynamic 4K 30FPS with RT enabled and 4K 60FPS with RT disabled. I've set RT on, so yea. There is no in game setting for HDR but using the HDR settings on the PS5 you can set up HDR.
