1i was in losers bracket of baccpack brawl when the phantom taunt happened. i have no idea how to replicate this bug, i honestly thought it was exclusive to my controller or something, but i saw a reddit post about someone else having the same thing happen to them.
i just figured i'd show a video of it happening in action. this bug occurs once every 200ish matches or so. i'm using a hori fighting commander for ps3/ps4/pc. the controller is about a year old or so.
