Neurosphere starts off with the player ambushed by enemies from all sides, with no real cover to speak of. After this initial assault however, the rest of the level plays out relatively easily, with the level reminding me of The Inmost Dens from Doom II.

NME (sadly not a reference to the nigh-impossible-to-beat-boss from Rise of the Triad) is a bit more difficult, with some very nasty traps and ambushes that can catch you off-guard (and sometimes on-guard too, as you will see in this video).

The Death Domain, somewhat confusingly, was featured in the PlayStation version of Final Doom, though Onslaught (MAP10) followed it... either way this level is a lot harder here, once again starting the player off in sight of many enemies with only moderate cover to help him/her.
