For the shiny Electrike hunt, I was using a level 42 repel trick with a non-fainted pokemon with the Static ability in the 1st party slot, in the Rocky Beach area with a plains score of 10. This setup gives about a 91.67% chance of the wild pokemon encounter being a Electrike and about a 8.33% chance of the wild pokemon encounter being a Dodrio, without having to travel a lot of tiles for each encounter.
For the shiny Manectric hunt, I was using a level 45 repel trick with a non-fainted pokemon with the Illuminate ability in the 1st party slot, in the Plains area with a plains score of 15. This setup gives a 100% chance of the wild pokemon encounter being a Manectric, without having to travel a lot of tiles for each encounter.
