Here's some gameplay with the QuicKAR loadout. It's made especially for quickscoping and mobility for a sniper. Although aiming stabilty is a prob for longer range combat, it's the best for a quickscoper who like's to be mobile and remain in the shadows.

Here are the attachments I've used: -
Sniper Scope - you could also use a reflex sight or the VLK 3.0 if you want lesser ADS time.
Monolithic Suppressor - range, and for sound dampening.
Stippled Grip Tape - helps in ADS speed.
FTAC Sport Comb - ditto.
Focus Perk - helps in reducing aiming flinch if you're shot while scoped in.
