1) The "other two (Asbels) had not for sure" are in Asteria (Lazaris's cluster) and Crestoria (Blue cluster). Interstellar part can be ignored, they are making planets and splitting planes three times per day if needed.
2) I won't go into debates how ToV 2008 ends for the same reason I won't do that about Geass' s timeline where Shirley dies. The window shuts tight sometime after that. Thus they've played it like Geass's party went to GBF (OMFG) for their alternartive happy ending, while ToV duo has moved it to Granide (VERY early in the plot and from some timeline games don't cover at all). Now that we got the idea, what we are dealing with here shared-lore concept-wise and with no in-universe protagonist to follow as... actually... HOW would we eat what is about to come EVERYWHERE?
