25Port Royale 4 continues and we need to move some people. Our trading ships become passenger ships as we shuttle sailors all over the Caribbean. I feel some of these people could have walked to the next town, but what do I know?
Meanwhile in Port Royale, our trading suffers and our coffers drain as we make bulk purchases to satisfy our boss. And we bring him things he already has. Mid-level management at its best.

Conquer the cities of rival nations or hunt down their fleets with a letter of marque while also keeping a keen eye out for pirates and other privateers.
For the first time in the series, naval battles will be turn-based, with up to 8 ships battling at one time and tactical captain maneuvers that can turn the tide in even the most hopeless of situations for a glorious victory.
