The Scary Girl From The Ring Is All Grown Up
1,5922002’s The Ring changed the landscape of supernatural horror films in the 2000s. It also paved the way for English language remakes of Asian horror films, but more than anything else, it scared the lights out of moviegoers.
The movie follows the story of a journalist who investigates a cursed videotape that kills viewers seven days after they had watched it. One of the most frightening scenes in the movie is when the antagonist Samara Morgan climbs out of a well and out of a TV screen.
The actress who played the restless spirit is Daveigh Chase, and thankfully, she looks nothing like her portrayal of Morgan. She is all grown up today, and here’s what she’s been up to since the movie ended.
