This Bad Weapon Academy candidate is awful - but that doesn't mean it can't be good in an absurd manufactured situation.
This worked way better than I could have hoped. The extra high crit rate may be because when the Axtinguisher deals all the afterburn damage at once, it may credit it to the player with the sharpened volcano fragment, boosting their average damage, and increasing their crit rate.
