33Milton drew the short straw, and was the one now to leave the vault to deal with the water shortage issue due to the waterchip breaking down. Now he leaves the vault in search of a new waterchip, and heads towards Vault-15 which is the closest one to his own. On the way, he comes across an unexpected settlement.
