Vilja and I make it to Azura's shrine from Frostcrag Tower. There we find our wisp to kill for it's glow dust, and then we wait for dusk to speak to Azura. After hearing her, we go to the nearby cave that is full of vampires, and proceed to eliminate them. What she grants in return, is a great item to hold souls.
