One of the harder levels in The Simpsons Hit and Run*
Good thing to do is when you're driving back with the Nuclear Waste, and the Black Car spawns beside the shortcut, DON'T LOSE IT until you're nearer the playground, since you get 30 seconds to get to the playground ONCE you lose it, the nearer you are, the less distance you have to get in 30 seconds.
Failed the first attempt, the second attempt I would have passed except, I got out of the car instead of driving all the way under the UFO, where it would automatically make me get out.
