I'm bringing you guys another speed build in the sims 3. This time for my sim Courtney. It's more of a classic house without much clutter and bright colors. Because it should fit my sims personalties. I like how it turned out, espacially because I found a round bed (I've been searching for that a long time) I also used some base game and ep stuff for the first time I think :D

You'll need Seasons and Showtime for the house to show up like this. The house is only 67 mb of custom content so your computer should handle it, if Sims 3 alreadey runs smooth for you.
