Hey guys, this is my first speed build in the sims 4. I just wanted to try it out and built a modern loft. And I really like how it turned out. I just can't stop with the speed build atm :D The next one will be in the sims 3 again.
You can download the loft in the gallery, my Origin ID is simstiful.
