3501. open the console with ctrl+shift+c
2. type the codes in
testingcheatsenabled true
buydebug
3. place a lot over an island, partly over land and part over the water. you need atleast a 40/40 lot or higher to place the house boat item (gangway style) properly
4. go into buy mode and choose the "by function" tab (that would be the grid looking options)
5. above the grid section you will see a "?", click on this and it will open up a new set of items for you to use
6. choose the misc. section (the 3 circles at the end of the section tabs), use the filter to only look up Island paradise items.
7. choose the "Gangway Style" item and place it at the end of the dock. you may have to play around with it a while before you find a proper place to put it. Also make sure the boat has enough room to move around so it can actually enter the port.
