So, I came across this lilsimsie video where she was challenged by SimGuruFrost to build a micro home before the Tiny Living release: 32 tiles max, no debug, no MOO and 12k budget for 3 Sims (2 parents and a kid). And I thought.. why not give it a try myself? As such, this uses no Tiny Living objects, it's completely base game and it's fully playtested (hopefully everything works).
At first I was gonna try and cheat the system by using roofs to add more living space, but then I didnt see the point of even trying the challenge, so in the end I went with the rules. I somehow was able to give them 2 fully enclosed bedrooms, full bathroom, couch and TV, bookcase, 1 toy and even 3 full seats and table to eat together. No computer though, sadly. And no sink in the kitchen, but they can totally use the one in the bathroom or just buy one pretty soon.
