0The visual novel "Sin" is based on a short story of the same name, inspired by real-life fieldwork collecting mystical folklore about witches. No magic, pointy hats, broomstick rides, or romances with demons. Only the decay and horror of forgotten villages, broken rural lives, and something truly terrifying that brings back eerie images from our distant childhoods. Night, death, and sin—a recipe for a brew that will make you tremble again at the sound of rustling in the dark.
Living people and images, painfully familiar to each of us, remind us of something deeply imprinted in our memory: when night falls in the village, it's best to close the curtains. Don't peer into the darkness. Otherwise, you might see what awaits you there before it's time. Depressing images of a dying village and its inhabitants, accompanied by the music of underground dark ambient artists, draw you deeper into a world of mystical horror and the profound despair of those still trying to survive in places where everything has long since died.
