The Sky's The Limit | Vertical Kingdom (Relaxing Card-Based City Builder)
Vertical Kingdom is a 2D city builder where we have limited ground to build on so we have to build upwards, stacking buildings on top of other buildings and building platforms to maximise the land that we do have available.
We get our buildings by placing down cards and we can choose what decks of cards we'd like to receive, so if we're short on food we can have a farm deck, if we need houses we can choose a residential deck.
However, like a classic city builder, we have resources, so things like food, water, bricks and stone, and we have to make sure that we have enough resources to build the things we want and to keep the population going! We also need to earn money from our city via clever placement of buildings because we need the money to invest in new cards.

Vertical Kingdom is a relaxing card-based city builder with a vertical focus, due to the fact that there is not much space, you have to build vertically, helping yourself with platforms and other constructions. You will guide your people through a long journey through different places.
To build your city you will use each turn a series of cards that will appear, and you will have to manage the resources generated by certain buildings in order to build other buildings. Your main objective is to get as many inhabitants as possible to live in each city, without their loyalty reaching zero. Once you reach a certain number of citizens, you can travel to the next place.
In each new place, you will notice that space is limited, so be careful and choose wisely where to place each building, each building will have its special bonuses when placed near other buildings.
As you progress through the main story, new cards will be unlocked for your city, which will help you build vertically and have more and more citizens in your city.
In addition to the campaign mode, there will be an endless mode and a sandbox mode so you can build the city you want without limitations.
