Another big one with Josh Barron, Ian Martyn, and Masha Lepire of The Travelers returning to the show to discuss their upcoming album Heart of the Forest (Music from Secret of Mana)!
We start off with Josh, Ian, and Masha all joining to talk about the album, new genres and styles for the album, the variety of musicians and influences on the project, plans and hopes to support it with live performances, and how Tom Miller threw me off by calling them The Returners in chat. Pernell Vaughan and I check out the Switch release of Payday 2, the four player co-op heist shooter from Overkill Software & Starbreeze. Pernell checks out Twin Robots: Ultimate Edition, a co-op puzzle platformer from Thinice Games & Ratalaika Games.
Turok 2: Seeds of Evil brings the N64 FPS classic to Xbox One with shiny visuals, online multiplayer, and tons of options from Nightdive Studios. Pernell & I review Bridge Constructor Portal mixes the bridge building physics puzzler with the Portal craziness for an awesome time from ClockStone & Headup Games. Pernell checks out Siege Saga, a 2D physics puzzle sandbox from PlayZilla.tk.
Chris Taylor joins to cover the Switch release of Toki Tori 2+, the puzzle platformering adventure from Two Tribes. Grid Mania is a challenging logical Rubiks-like puzzle game on Switch from FX Valley & QubicGames. Radiation Island from Atypical Games is a survival adventure stranded in an alternate reality.
Scott "K4rn4ge" Smith joins to review Headbutt Factory a mysterious VR/MR headbutting experience in a virtual land in the sky from Gemdrops. Finally, George "norg" Nowik joins to talk the Switch release of The Final Station, the horde infested survival/train sim from Do My Best Games & tinyBuild.
