Welcome ladies and gentleman to a lovely visit into the world of age of wonders 4 a 4x grand strategy game similar to civilization 6 but instead of human civilisation being the focus you are instead a fantasy race. In our case we are becoming a faction of dwarves who are under the rule of a very money focused dragon that just wants to collect all of the wealth in the world. Now Age of wonders 4 is a 4x game meaning its all about expanding and exploiting resources in order to explore and then conquer your opponents before they fight back.
Of course Today I the spiffing brit want to see if paradox interactive have made a perfectly balanced game with no exploits or if with the mindset of an economist and pro exploiter I am able to perhaps find some very overpowered strategies hidden within this game.
