In all the games with Rolling Crates, if you deal enough damage to them, they will break apart, like you would normally expect. In Brawl, however, if someone else picks up a crate right as a final, damaging attack hits it, the crate won't break, and will resist all damage no matter what you do to it, only disappearing when it flies off the screen or despawns like all other items do. You can then effectively fly with certain characters that have attacks that can hit the crate when standing on top of it, like Mario, Falco, Fox, and others.

They didn't fix the glitch in Smash 4.

The timing is strict to actually perform the glitch correctly, which is why you see the game at 2/3 speed. I tried to edit it back to normal speed, but I'm not sure if the game quite works the way I'd assume.
(2/3 * 3/2=6/6=1, so I sped up the footage by 150%, but all of you can be the judge on that.)

I used an Attack Custom Ike to make sure the crate could reach its limit in one hit, but you can do it with other characters, like Ganondorf's Warlock Punch.
