A short-ish, SPOILER-FILLED, semi-silly description of the core story and backstory in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. I don't cover all of the mythic paths or special companions in this. But, to give context to the overarching plot, I do mention some path-specific developments.

A couple comments on my last video showed curiosity about the story. I figured I might as well post a quick plot summary for those who want to know about the story, but who also don't want to read walk-throughs or watch several hours of playthrough vids. After all, I had a ton of footage I hadn't deleted yet, and this seemed like a fun video idea to make.

The tale's a bit of a fever dream to explain. Then again, what fantasy-filled story doesn't sound like a wild, crazy ride when condensed into ~15 minutes?

Also, I just had fun while explaining it—instead of dryly trying to chronicle everything in a flat way.

At first, I tried the dull & detailed approach, but that gets long and boring fast. There's no way to do that "in a nutshell," either. It'd probably be at least an hour long. That wasn't fun to do, so I scrapped the idea fast. If anybody wants extreme detail on every character, and etc., then I recommend checking out fan wikis for the game. The condensed stuff is of a side note nature, though.

e.g. There's lore behind the "Neathers", but the entire Neather tribe is just a side note to the main story—as well as being a part of Lann and Wendaug's backstories. So, instead of spending several minutes explaining what a "Neather" is, it's easier and faster just to call Lann and Wendaug furries. Plus, it's still technically accurate.

📍 Technical Note:
• I didn't do the Legend Path or get the Redeemer Queen slide. I had to grab screenshots and find clips. In those cases, to keep from using anybody's unique player character, I just edited the clips/shots to stick to what anybody would see if they played. However, frequently, zoom-ins and screenshots are still from my playthrough, and just done for effect/to highlight something. Lastly, the end bit is a joke edit: you never actually see the kid in that room, or exploding.
• I opted not to put music on this vid, because I think it's jam-packed enough as it is.
