Back in 2020, I set out to complete DOOM Eternal without a single jump. What followed was an entire year of what is perhaps the single most difficult challenge I have ever attempted. This is the story of how I went from over 230 jumps and being stuck in the first room of the game, to eventually being the first person to finish DOOM Eternal without jumping. Enjoy!

NOTES
Apologies for some choppy video footage here and there. I feel like my computer is both slowly dying, on top of trying to deal with Nvidia's questionable drivers, as of late. I tried so many different settings in Eternal and OBS and couldn't get something reliably stable in all instances. This was unfortunately the best I could do.

Obviously, all these tricks were recreated for this video. None of this is the original footage from 2020.

For anyone wondering, this project was very "obstacle focused" as I once described it. It's less a full play through of the game, but rather a deep dive into all the specific obstacles you have to tackle without jumping. It helps to look at it as a montage, rather than a Let's Play.
