The new film, written and directed by Nathaniel Martello-White, centres on Neve (Ashley Madekwe), whose idyllic suburban existence begins to fall apart when she suspects that two ominous strangers are following her (Jorden Myrie and Bukky Bakray).
In this vid, I review the British horror-thriller, The Strays. I admire its attempts to address its racial and classist themes, and the performances are good, but its weird combination of drama with thriller leaves it feeling disjointed and unfocused, and it doesn't dive into its subject matter as deeply as it could've.
