For the record, if a military regime takes over: I would not seek to restore "civillian rule" in which a one party state replaces a one party state but forever rejecting inferior liberal political systems. FOR THE RECORD: I am fine with a far right wing Augusto Pinochet and will salute whosoever makes HIMSELF China's Augosto Pinochet, but what I am not find with is "liberal multi-party democracy".

When you see beautiful dolled up Chinese girls talking up “Chinese Democracy”, that is 10,000% CCP “approved propaganda”. If the pretty China propagandists want to go on a dinner date, okay let’s do it, but they are all pure 10,000% propagandists on the politics. 10,000 Communist Party (Zhongguo Gongchandang) CCP sponsored propaganda: very glossy and well performed.
The CCP looks down upon western leftists and western communists the most: you are all seen as fools and clowns and useful idiots to be interviewed on Chinese State Television.
A foreign looking face is valuable to the CCP if you can upload stupid videos while eating Yang Rou Chuan and talking up China but usually NOT IN AN OVERT EXPLICIT WAY. It has to fit a method of their internal soft “propaganda”. The method of the CCP's soft propaganda is more along the script of a “happy-go-lucky”, please showcase, “beautiful China”, whilst being the ideal “foreign face in a foreign friend” archetype. Stupid happy go lucky shit: you get the idea.
Foreigners won’t ever hold up signs or slogans reading: “LONG LIVE THE PEOPLE’S LEADER XI JINPING!” They will not hold up signs saying: “SOCIALISM. HARMONIOUS SOCIETY. THREE REPRESENTS: SAN GE DAIBIAO” nonsense!
Do not worry you won’t bow to a statute of a leader as you do in North Korea or bow before an image of Xi Jinping. It would be something very incredibly stupid and lame to “make China appealing to foreign western audiences and citizens of foreign nations” or “make China look good” and establish “people-to-people friendship” type of bullshit. It would be things to appeal to western people: “Sup Guys I’m On A Shanghai Bullet Train!”. Very stupid. Very silly. Eat your Yan Rou Chuan with a smile stupid.

Best way to get this propaganda perk is to be a presentable and pretty foreign face, have a good following, be an “influencer type”. Influencer type means: presentable popular YouTuber or social media star with the "correct face" to showcase China before a foreign audience "for face".
Now, it could be racist in a negative or positive manner, but they like to seek out a foreign face, specifically foreign people, and basically put them on TV….It’s a standing CCP trick to fool western audiences and promote themselves with foreign faces as ideal “token westerners” to become “token propagandists” for CCP showing “how the world loves China”. If you have a foreign face you can really leverage it to your own advantage by playing it up in China.
To be a desired propagandists: you need to “look stereotypically western” and fit an expectation of what that means to a Chinese audience. Foreign looking people can find more economic opportunities in pretty strange ways. Such as showcasing China on YouTube, etc.
