Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. The digit in a circled cell represents the total count of shaded cells in connected groups sharing an edge with that digit. Cells with circles cannot be shaded. Each digit in a shaded cell must be larger than any digit in an adjacent unshaded cell.
