And among how I did this, sharing an update of sorts.

How I pulled this off in under an hour:
-----------------------------------------------------
-Steamed the rice and cooked stir fry at the same (15-20 min)
-Threw the chicken in the oven with it preheated at 400 (20 min)
-Cooked the sauce while that was going on.
-Dump the chicken in the orange sauce, flipping the pieces around
-Serve when all is ready
