On June 27th, 2024 at 8:40 PM EST, a certain important message in the Official SiIvaGunner Fan Server which asked for character submissions for a "bootleg kfad" turned five years old!
Now, whether this message marks the exact start of BKFAD is debatable, but it's for certain that today marks the fifth anniversary of The Bootleg King For A Day Tournament!
What, did you think I forgot?
This upload may be three hours delayed from when I originally intended to post it (predictable), but despite the delay, I think this little anniversary upload isn't too late to not be on time.
...Unlike the current tournament's Grand Finals.
...and Final Boss results.
Trust me, they're still happening!
Now, I know better than to promise an exact time, so I'll give a broad one and say that it's my personal goal to try and complete The Bootleg King For Another Day Tournament sometime within the next two months.
Will that happen?
Maybe, maybe not, but this tournament will conclude eventually, and when it does, I sure do hope that it will have been worth the wait to see a champion emerge after all this time!
(BKFAD may hold the record for the longest time between closing voting and posting results with the Final Boss forms...)
And even if you're not rooting for Ba-Rockman Obama or Dr. Eggman and Carl, there's still over fifty (admittedly quite old at this point) other miscellaneous tracks to upload, so look forward to that!
Now, that's all the time I've got.
I need to get back to checking out what's going on with The Crown and The Final Finalists and wherever Ic-, I mean, weh cat ended up going off to.
