A modded new Nintendo 3DS console was used to record footage from the original release of Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, version 1.1.7. Despite the console itself being modded, no mods, hacks or cheats were applied to the game. Specific homebrew software from Extrem's Game Boy Interface was used on the GBA to act as a controller. No macros were assigned. Specific software was used on the 3DS to recognize the GameCube Adapter as a controller entry to record this footage.
