The value of \( K_{p} \) is \( 1 \times 10^{-3} \mathrm{~atm}^{-1} \) at \( 25^{\circ} \mathrm{C} \) for the reaction : \( 2 \mathrm{NO}+\mathrm{Cl}_{2} \rightleftharpoons 2 \mathrm{NOCl} \). A flask contains \( \mathrm{NO} \) at \( 0.02 \mathrm{~atm} \) at \( 25^{\circ} \mathrm{C} \). Calculate the mole of \( \mathrm{Cl}_{2} \) that must be added if \( 1 \% \) of the \( \mathrm{NO} \) is to be converted to \( \mathrm{NOCl} \) at equilibrium. The volume of the flask is such that \( 0.2 \) mole of gas produce \( 1 \mathrm{~atm} \) pressure at \( 25^{\circ} \mathrm{C} \). Also report mole of \( \mathrm{Cl}_{2} \) used. (Ignore probable association of \( \mathrm{NO} \) to \( \mathrm{N}_{2} \mathrm{O}_{2} \).)
