Note: You cannot get all 8 in one playthrough as you sometimes you are given the decision to travel two paths and a poster can be down each path. Make sure you follow the left path for your first playthrough (Always pick the left hand side default option) then on your next playthrough pick the right hand side path. If you follow this video all the way through while you play you won't have to worry about messing up.

There is a total of 8 posters in the game, all of them are found in the main towns and not the unmarked locations you visit when travelling to main towns. To collect the poster you simply have to go up to it and press Square / X to collect it. Once you have collected all 8 the trophy / achievement will unlock.
