The Warlock of Firetop Mountain - PC - Goblin Gauntlet - Skeleton Warrior
0Goblin Gauntlet is a combat focused, permadeath run through the mountain, using a selection of unconventional characters (many of which are fought as enemies in the main campaigns).
It’s tough, as the characters usually have weak stats, meaning brute force head to head clashes are a bad idea. It’s all about making strategic use of the character's move set. There are no provisions, though stamina is topped up automatically at certain points. Combat encounters can't be avoided in this mode either, and Zagor has to be defeated three times, back to back, in his multiple forms.
The Skeleton Warrior has low skill and stamina, but can stun enemies and counter their blows. A character’s luck stat is irrelevant in Goblin Gauntlet as there are no luck rolls.
