4:43 Ruins of Agua (secret exit): You have to do everything in the proper order in order to be able to reach this secret. You need to get to the far right area with the key and not make the far right springboard fall into the water below where you got it for the normal exit. Do it carefully and it'll work.
6:20 Jungle Ghost House: As with most ghost houses, this one isn't going to give you the exit as easily as the other levels do. You need to go in the right doors to avoid being sent backwards. Getting all the Dragon Coins takes even longer.
