Hi folks and thanks for checking out the dual purpose Week in MAA and PVP. I apologize that this one is long but I decided to wrap 2 topics into one video burrito.

The background music was supposed to be the Borderlands 2 UST but it stopped playing so I turned on the game sounds which may have made combat a bit loud. In this video I take a look at the new bruiser suit, the t-bolt glove, Kid Nova and what the end of PVP was like.

My team of Uncanny Archangel and Uncanny Psylocke got it done again. He was a scrapper, she was a tact. Their ability to be stealthy, strip buffs, use fatal blow at will and provide despair kept them in most matches and usually ahead. Heavy stun groups usually centered around Pesty were my bane but nothing else was overly complicated to fight. I loved seeing Iron Fist and Nul groups as the new WCD allowed me to shut them down and usually Groot/Gamora groups were not an issue if I could take out Gamora early. Infiltrators may have been an issue for using the WCD but Angel usually would mop the floor with them.

Nova doesn't seem half bad as he is rather peppy even at early levels. The t-bolt glove could have many, many pairings with it that could work well. It's melee so things that buff melee would make it stronger. The heal from the drain might increase with the Staff of Asklep. It's also energy and tech so it could work well with the rectifier and tech upgrade from Fixer. It also counters a lot of the current meta nicely if you don't mind people smacking your agent around.

The bruiser suit is surprisingly offensive for what is often considered the "tank" of MAA. I think tactical suits may still be more useful but if you want to protect, this suit is the way to go. It could allow for some great combos like shepherd staff/custom MFG popped for no loss of turn, forced BoG tanking, forced Mimic tanking, etc. I also would hate to see what Molly could give a properly setup bruiser agent.

I admit I wasn't aiming for ada at first this season but once I got past a certain point of the mid 1500s, defense took over and my offenses got a bit easier. This likely was due to the introduction of the WCD which proved to be a huge game changer!
