Captain Logan speculates about several events in superhero movie history. What if some movies had never been made? What if some movies had performed better than they did? What if some movies that almost happened really were made? The landscape of superhero movies has shifted a lot since Superman came out in 1978, and it's been an unpredictable, precarious, strange, and often baffling road to the cash cow phenomenon the genre has turned into since the start of the MCU.
